The Zeta Phi Chapter of Kappa Alpha PSI

President Message

Dear Brothers, Alumni, and Friends of the Zeta Psi Chapter

It is an incredible honor and privilege to serve as President of the Zeta Phi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., here at the University of Florida. As I step into this role, I am filled with immense pride, not only in leading our chapter but in upholding the legacy of those who came before me. Our Founders and our chapter’s distinguished alumni have set a high standard of excellence and character, and it is my mission to carry forth that legacy and embody the principles of a true Kappa man.

As we embark on this year together, my goals for Zeta Phi focus on strengthening our chapter’s presence within the University and local community, fostering a culture of academic and professional excellence, and providing service and support to those in need. To achieve these goals, I am committed to empowering each member to reach their fullest potential, not only as students but as leaders. Through mentorship, scholarship, and volunteerism, we will strive to make a lasting, positive impact on our campus and in the Gainesville community.

Together, let us continue the work of our chapter with pride, purpose, and unity. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity to lead and, with your support, I am confident we will continue to make Zeta Phi an example of the highest ideals of Kappa Alpha Psi.

Yours in the Bond,
Matthew Thweatt
